Marketing help:
A page dedicated to your event on our web page, ready-made pdf's for your specific event so that you can make posters and flyers, a plug for the event on Jonathan's EZINE newsletter, which currently goes out to over 11,000 youthworkers.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
That you have a MINIMUM of 300 students attending. Jonathan is currently only doing about 20 engagements a year and wants to maximize his impact.
You promote the event, set the price, handle all registration & administration.
You have a follow-up plan with a staff of pastors/volunteers equipped to follow up students that respond.
A staff of small group leaders who attend that evening who will follow our Small Group Guide (provided before the event) the evening of the event. You must have better than a 1 to 10 ratio of small group leaders to students.
